University BDT College of Engineering, Davangere

Engineering College at Davangere in the year 1951 and was named after the donors Brahmappa Devendrappa Thavanappanavar College of Engineering as B.D.T. College of Engineering and subsequently changed to as "Government B.D.T. College of Engineering".

It was the fourth Engineering College to be started in the old Mysore State. This college is constituent college of Kuvempu University. B.E., seats of this college are filled up by the Karnataka Examination Authority(Government of Karnataka) and the seat selection.
