First National Judicial Pay Commission, Bangalore

As per Resolution of Ministry of Law, Justice and Company Affairs (Department of Justice) the First National Judicial Pay Commission was constituted by the Government of India on 21st March 1996.

The Constitution has tried to insulate the Judiciary from outside influence both from the Executive and the Legislature. Independence of judiciary is a basic structure of the Constitution.
